Reflecting on my journey with Prayaas 2024, I’m filled with fulfillment and inspiration. What initially drew me to Prayaas was its strong sense of community—a gathering of like-minded organizations united for a common cause: making a difference in the lives of India’s youth. It’s been a journey of learning and connecting with new people, and the vibrant energy at Udhyam and Lend A Hand India fueled my excitement for this project.
Prayaas aims to bring like-minded thought-leaders, policymakers, practitioners, and entrepreneurs together to create better life outcomes for India’s youth. According to me, Prayaas was inspired by the idea of building a community where organizations in the ecosystem can learn from each other, work with each other, and grow together. And that is why I feel it is a cult event that stands as a testament to collective action and innovative thinking.
At the core of Prayaas is a commitment to enabling impactful dialogues that challenge conventions, inspire innovation, and lay the foundation for a unique approach to helping the youth achieve its potential.
One of the key highlights of Prayaas this year was the innovation solution showcase, providing a platform for collaboration and inspiration. Additionally, the youth voices session was incredibly inspiring, hearing firsthand from young entrepreneurs about their journeys and aspirations.
As an organizer, what brought me the most joy was witnessing the engagement and sense of community among participants—people drawing, writing, and sharing space. It was a wonderful experience.
This was my first time participating in Prayaas. However, hearing about the inaugural session from Prayaas 2023, particularly the segments where students collectively solved the puzzle revealing the student’s picture👇, was definitely the most memorable for me.
nLooking ahead, I believe Prayaas will continue to serve as a catalyst for change, driving conversations and actions that shape a better future for India’s youth. Together, we can make a difference and ensure every individual thrives.
It’s a matter of great pride that two organizations collaboratively worked on Prayaas 2024. Prayaas belongs to the collective, and the more organizations we bring together, the more it stays true to its core values.
