Why does this Matter Now?

Success Stories
Electrical Sharks
Arjun, Business Blaster Punjab
In a government school in Pathankot, a group of teenagers noticed something unfair. Electric bicycles were everywhere in the news, but never within reach of people around them. Delivery workers, grandparents, even school children still depended on costly fuel or exhausting rides.
Nineteen-year-old Arjun and his team chose not to wait for a solution. They stripped down an ordinary cycle and rebuilt it into Electrical Sharks — a lightweight e-cycle that runs 70 km on a single charge, with pedals, a headlight, and a horn for safety.
This wasn’t an idea on paper. Their prototype hit local roads, found its first buyer at IIT Ropar, and earned a place among the Top 10 ventures of Business Blasters Punjab 2025.
Today, Arjun and his two teammates have set up a small workshop inside their school, where they continue building and refining their venture.
Bright Minds LED
Aditya, Kaushalam Uttarakhand
One summer in Tilaknagar, Aditya watched an electrician at work and thought, why not me? With a few friends and a small pile of tools, he began tinkering, assembling his first LED bulb by hand. Mistakes were many, lessons were bigger, and curiosity kept him going.
The Kaushalam program gave his idea wings. What started as experiments soon lit homes, shops, and even temples along the Char Dham route. Recognised as one of the top ventures at the state expo, Aditya has now set up his own shop in Rudraprayag, carrying his learning far beyond the classroom.
BB Choco Dreams
Gagandeep Kaur, Business Blaster Punjab
In Moga, 19-year-old Gagandeep Kaur noticed a simple but worrying problem: the chocolates children loved were full of chemicals and preservatives. She wanted a treat that brought joy without guilt.
With seven classmates, she started BB Choco Dreams, making handmade chocolates from natural ingredients. They experimented in classrooms, tested flavors with teachers, shopkeepers, and parents, and refined recipes based on every bit of feedback. Creative shapes, combo packs, and customized orders turned their simple idea into a delight for kids and families alike.
Their chocolates quickly earned over ₹4,000 in profits and a loyal following. Showcased at IIT Ropar, investors and buyers were drawn to the taste, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of the team. A small classroom experiment had become a growing business dream.
Kalindi
Dhruv Verma, Kaushalam Uttarakhand
In Dehradun, a paintbrush in Grade 9 became the start of something bigger. Dhruv Verma, now 12th grade, turned his sketches into Kalindi — a brand where sarees, kurtas, soaps, and paintings become handcrafted art for everyday life.
With guidance from the Kaushalam program and his father’s encouragement, Dhruv didn’t just build a business; he built a community. Local women now join him in crafting each piece, turning passion into livelihoods while preserving tradition. Every brushstroke and stitch reflects care, creativity, and purpose.
Persistence paid off in May 2025, when Kalindi partnered with Fabindia, fulfilling 100+ hand-painted saree orders and earning ₹30,000 in a single month — proof that art and heart can thrive together.
Eco Farm Crate
Lalita, Kushal Business Challenge Haryana
In a government school in Ambala, three Class 12 students noticed a growing problem around them. Farmers were spending more, soils were losing fertility, and chemical inputs were harming both health and the land.
Lalita, Kajal, and Gurpreet created Eco Farm Crate under the Kaushal Business Challenge Haryana — an all-in-one kit of natural farming inputs rooted in traditional Indian practices. From Jeevamrit and Beejamrit to natural pesticides and compost, the crate helps farmers grow healthier crops without harmful chemicals.
Tested on real farms, their solutions showed visible improvement in soil health and crop growth. What started as a classroom idea is now helping farmers move towards sustainable, chemical-free farming.
Herbal Soap
Jhanvi, Business Blaster Punjab
When skincare at home caused more harm than help, an 18-year-old student from Punjab paid attention. Her father’s recurring skin infections pushed Jahnvi and her three teammates to question the chemicals used in everyday products.
With help from their families, they began making Herbal Soap using neem, chandan, haldi, and rose. Handmade, chemical-free, and affordable, the soaps were tested first by the team and then by their community.
What started as a home remedy is now a student-led venture, showing that real solutions often begin at home.
